Normally if you want to send files, documents to Kindle, then you need to either connect Kindle via USB or email the files & documents to personalized kindle email address and download the attachments to your kindle. Now, you can easily send any documents, files from Windows PC to Kindle with a simple app that provides right click access ‘Send to Kindle’ option using Amazon’s new Windows app ‘Send to Kindle’ application.
Amazon ‘Send to Kindle’ Windows application helps you to send files & documents using right click context menu. You can easily send docs by selecting the option ‘send to kindle’ also you can send docs from any Windows app using the print option. While printing, select the ‘Send to Kindle’ as the printer. The documents are delivered in PDF format.
With this free tiny app you can choose to archive documents in your Kindle Library, where you can re-download them conveniently anywhere at any time.
All you need to do is, just simply download and install them. Once you’ve installed the app, right click any doc file and check for the option ‘Send to kindle’. Also in the print dialog of any Windows application check for the ‘Send to Kindle’ as a printer.
If you want to send multiple docs to kindle at one go, you can do it. Just select the doc files and use the right click option ‘Send to Kindle’.
The following file types are supported: .doc, .docx, .txt, .rtf, .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .pdf. Also make sure that each file is less than 50 MB. Send to Kindle only supports Kindle devices and reading apps for iOS devices. If you choose to archive your documents to Amazon Cloud, you have 5GB of storage space.
