I usually find it difficult to rise early everyday due to lack of proper sleep schedule. One must get 8 hours sleep to be more productive and energy to work on the day. Knowing all these things, sleeping and waking up between unusual sleep cycles will affect your health and also you cannot be productive at day work. So, here is a beautiful and most wanted app for many that lets you to find out the sleep time and wake up time based on the input from you. is a simple web app that helps you to find out the right sleeping schedule. All you have to do is, just input the wake up time when you want to get up. Say for example : 7.00 AM , then the app shows when you need to sleep (get to bed time). It shows you 4 or 5 sleep schedule timings which you can follow, so that you have a better chance at not interrupting a sleep cycle and waking up feeling groggy.

It has two options, you can set up the wake up time and know when to go to bed. And also you can click the zz button, so that it takes the exact current time as your sleeping time and tells you the wake up time. So that you can set up the alarm and get off to bed.
