There isn’t any web based tool like Instagram to add filters to our photos and share with social friends online. So, today we are going to talk about two web based apps like Instagram. Let’s check out.

PicYou :

PicYou is a fun free photo app that allows you to share your daily life through snapshots. Simple 3 steps. Upload your photo, choose a filter and share with friends. Just drag and drop the photo in the uploader box and go below to add filters. It has about 8 different filters. I just loved cuttlefish effect.

So once you’ve done with the effects, you can add Title to the photo, tags if you want and hit the done button. Now it displays the photo to option to share it with your friends. If you want you can embed it or it provides a direct link to the image. So share the image directly. You can tweet or Facebook share the image.
