There are individual EA sports Cricket games for Windows and also there are many online cricket games. But, here is a Chrome web app that lets you to play 3D cricket championship from your browser.
Nextwave Multimedia has launched 3D cricket games for multiple platforms such as Android, Windows, Mac, iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad) and browsers. The games are made using a combination of ‘Blender‘ an open source, free software and ‘Unity 3D‘ game engine.
For Google Chrome, they have a separate app (both paid and free) to play world cricket championship. There are 2 modes of play – a quick play and tournament series. You can play a 5 over match and by winning the toss you have the option to bat or ball first.
Once you’ve installed the web app, go to new tab, click the WCC icon and start your play. You need to have Unity Web Player to play the game. If you’ve not installed, don’t worry. It displays the download option which automatically downloads and installs the unity web player and starts the game play. Unity Web Player enables you to view blazing 3D content created with Unity directly in your browser.
