Redirect 404 page not found error to Home page with 404-to-start WordPress Plugin

Whenever you land on a wrong URL address, you get to see a error page or so called 404 page not found error. If you’re a webmaster or blogger, then you might know the importance of 404 page not found error. When ever a visitor sees a 404 page not found error, he/she immediately goes off from the website or webpage. So its ultimately losing your readers and visitors to your webpage.     Hi,i try to use the 404 to start plugin but when i save the settngs it give me this error:
