UltraSearch is a tiny tool that lets you to search your hard disk in a ultra speed. It uses instant search that it displays the search results as you type. Suppose if you type for the word ‘windows doc’, as you type, it displays all the files and folders which contains the name windows document.
UltraSearch does not use a background process to build an index, it achieves its speed by working directly on the Master File Table (MFT) of the NTFS partitions. You can enter a file name or a pattern like *.exe and will see the results already while typing.
You can exclude folders, files or file types by providing an exclude filter. The search results can also be printed or exported as text, RTF, HTML, CSV and Excel file.
