Importing Google Analytics data in to Microsoft Excel can be done using a small addon named ‘Excellent Analytics’. First install Microsoft .Net framework 3.5 or 4, if you’ve installed already, then go to Excellent analytics page and download the plugin for your Microsoft Excel. You need Microsoft Excel 2007 and minimum of Windows XP or higher operating system.

Imported data is stored in the spreadsheet so you can sort, manipulate, and distribute data to anyone using Microsoft Excel. Use Microsoft Excel to combine web analytics data from Google Analytics with offline data from any other source. Excellent Analytics makes this easy.
