WordPress allows visitors to register as a member of WordPress blog. As an admin of the blog, you can assign various roles to the registered users such as contributor, author or subscriber of the blog. Once you’ve turned your WordPress blog into a multi-author blog, than anyone can register as a contributor in your blog and start posting articles. Now, if you have a huge multi-author blog with 30 to 40 contributing authors, sending a message to all of them is little tough task by collecting their mail ids and emailing them.
Email Users WordPress plugin allows you to send an email to the registered blog users. Users can send personal emails to each other. Power users can email groups of users and even notify group of users of posts. Depending upon the capabilities provided by the admin, it can send email to single user, multiple users or set of groups according to the roles such as contributor or author so on.
After installing the plugin, you can see a separate tab named Email below the settings on your WordPress dashboard. So use them and send email to all the registered blog users of your WordPress blog.
