Find Out What Exactly You’re Searching For – Google Quick Scroll

Whenever you google for something, you will see the related content and related websites to your search query. but, it doesn’t show you which portion of the website contains exact phrase of your search query. Suppose if you search for some mobile phone price, the google search will give you the related websites about the mobile which has all the specifications, reviews, pictures and also the mobile price.

If you need a faster search on mobile price alone, then Google’s Quick Scroll is for you. It points out the exact portion of the webpage which has your search query, ie; mobile price.

Google Quick Scroll is a browser extension that lets you jump directly to the relevant bits of a Google search result. After you click on a Google search result, Quick Scroll may appear on the bottom-right corner of the page, showing one or more bits of text from the page that are relevant to your query. Clicking on the text will take you to that part of the page.

Below screenshot – I just Googled for ” Global warming is melting of ice ” and the search results shows many number of junks about global warming etc. but, I need something which is related to melting of ice and stuff.

Screenshot 2 – the Google quick scroll gets activated automatically when you click on any of the search results. When the result page is opened, it automatically searches for your query and shows the exact words at the bottom of the page. You simply click on the link which is shown in the bottom. It will take you to the exact portion on the webpage.
