Facebook influences a huge part of the college student’s life. Not only college students, this social networking site has taken the entire world by storm. Majority of the facebookers are people between 18-24 age. A report states ” an average user spends more than 55 mins per day on Facebook “. From this you can figure out how much it has dominated the people.
Currently Facebook platform has more than 500,000 active applications and I have selected the most useful 3 applications for college students. It would be great use to them, where they can use these Facebook apps day-to-day in their college life.
Essential Facebook apps for Undergraduates -
1. Class Notes –
Have you missed any notes in class ? Don’t worry, use your camera phone to take snap of all the notes, papers, books and whiteboards which you’ve missed, send it to scanR and get a crisp digital copy in PDF, uploaded to Facebook to share with your friends.

3. Box files -
Box files provides 1 GB of free online storage, where you can store files in various formats. Access your files from anywhere and share important work files, photos, and music with your friends using the Facebook Files application, powered by Box.net. You can register with Box.net for free to get 1GB of storage space.
