We have seen many desktop clients like tweetdeck which integrates both twitter and Facebook, adding to the list we have a new tool which functions both twitter and Facebook at your desktop. This application has a cool interface which doesn’t affect your other business. You can have it horizontally on top and bottom of your desktop. Now maximize your social experience with socialvisor without missing out your social activities.
SocialVisor is adobe air app which is fully featured client for both twitter and Facebook. It simply sits on the top or bottom of your window and looks like a dashboard with updates of your social life. It is light weight and as it can be kept on the top of your page, your are undisturbed with productive work below.
Before using the app, you need to give permissions to your Twitter account before you can use it and the same goes for Facebook. You have to allow SocialVisor to push and pull information from your Facebook page or else the app won’t work.
How to Use SocialVisor -
1. Download the application from the SocialVisor page. It’s an adobe air app.
2. Install the application and it opens at your top of window.
3. Click twitter and Facebook to authenticate your accounts. It uses twitter OAuth to verify account and it gives you a PIN code.
4. Copy the Pin code and paste it on Socialvisor box. Now your twitter account is authenticated.
5. Click Facebook and allow it to access your accounts.
Features of SocialVisor -
1. It is very light weight and easy to use.
2. You can create groups by combining both twitter and Facebook friends.
3. You can follow, unfollow, retweet, reply and add a tweet as your favourite.
4. You have a option called inbox, by clicking it, you can check your Facebook inbox, twitter DM etc.
5. It displays twitter conversations as threaded chats.
6. You can also forward any tweet as email to your friends.
7. When sharing any links, it automatically shortens the url into bit.ly
8. It works in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
9. You can also upload photos to Facebook and Twitter at the same time.

yeah .. twitter list is missing :( but we can add groups .. if your twitter list is less than 100 people or so .. you can create a group on this and enjoy using it .. Its great .. rolling over top of the window :D

I am yet to use this app. I let you know my view after using this. I use seesmic. I like it a lot. compact and i can all function that i can do on web. that is a very nice app.
