Nice tips, a question though, once in a while I use Windows Live Writer to update my WordPress blog, where can I find more plugins for it? I checked the Writer website but there’s only one plugin and it’s for Firefox.

I also consider WordWeb and wordpress comments notifier as must have tools for bloggers. BTW.. I like Snagit (both screen capture and editor) though paid.

These are some good free tools to help you with blogging.

But I didn’t know that one needs a paper back dictionary for blogging (as shown in the image). If someone is into blogging then a nice little app like WordWeb (in addition to the in-house spell and grammar checker in MS Word and Firefox) should be sufficient.

Also, didn’t know that for a blogger liquor is “essential”! :P

If you have got an iPad I would also include in the list the WordPress app, the SERP checker and the Google Analytics apps. They are really great and lets youcheck your website without….your PC!
