Well I personally think the design is not that good..I know SEO of thesis theme rocks, but beyond SEO I think the people shld be attrached..so next time try a design which rocks is seo as well it is more attractive..
For Eg :- Daily Bloggr – It has good SEO since mani karthik is an seo specialist & also has good design.
P.S :- Here I’m not comparing just suggesting. Also, these are my personal views.

Some external plugins with good appearance can enhance the look of the blog..so add some of them which r less heavy when it comes to page load..The footer area is nicely customized..:-)
Also I can’t edit my comments, so forgot one more thing
The Back TO TOP button has hash tag but it pts to the homepage..not to the present page.
