The Basic method to take a screenshot of a page is hitting Print Scrn and Ctrl+v in MS Paint. They are many screen capture applications available around the web but you can’t grab the entire webpage because it is longer than the browser window ?? Then All you need is FireShot – Addon Both for your Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers.

FireShot extension integrates with Firefox and Internet Explorer to provide captures of either the entire web page or the currently visible area only. Unlike other extensions, this plugin provides a set of editing and annotation tools, which let users quickly modify captures and insert text and graphical annotations. Such functionality will be especially useful for web designers, testers and content reviewers.

Features of FireShot

1. Capturing can be done with Entire Webpage, Visible area or particular region.
2. You have Graphical tools such as Crop, Fill, Gaussian blur, Gray Scale, Color Inversions etc ..

3. Screenshots can be saved to disk in PNG, GIF, JPEG, BMP format.
4. It can also be copied to clipboard, e-mailed and sent to external editor for further processing.

The Fireshot button appears at the right side of search bar and you can also see the icons at the bottom of the browser window.

The free image hosting service sets it apart from the normal desktop applications for capturing the screen.
