Seems like a pretty bad ideal. Unless you know your followers will not leave you fast.
Well, Constantly tweeting ads isn’t very encouraging. There is a risk of losing followers.
No, these apps wont allow you to post ads constantly, it will allow only one ad to post per day. So you can earn safely. Also there is a limit which you can set, like 50 tweets / per ad. So schedule the ads and enjy tweeting.
